#000000;\"><strong>Article 18 (Establishment of Guidelines for Implementation)<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\u2460 The Ethical Management Department shall establish and implement detailed guidelines for Disciplinary Actions)<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\u2460 Acts of compliance with the Code of Ethics or significant contributions to the Company\u2019s ethical management shall be recognized and rewarded, while any acts in violation of the Code of Ethics or the detailed guidelines for implementation shall be subject to disciplinary action.<br \/>\u2461 The Company shall protect the anonymity of internal whistleblowers.
