a. Collected Items
The Company collects the following personal information for purposes such as membership registration, consultation, and service application:
- Upon membership registration: Name, date of birth, gender, login ID, password, home phone number, mobile phone number, email, and—for applicants under the age of 14—the legal guardian’s information
- When applying for services: Address, payment information

Additionally, records of service usage, access logs, cookies, IP addresses, payment history, and records of improper use may be generated and collected during the use of services or business processes.

b. Collection Methods
Personal information is collected via the website, written forms, bulletin boards, email, event participation, delivery requests, telephone, fax, and automated data collection tools.

■ Purposes of Collecting and Using Personal Information
The Company utilizes collected personal information for the following purposes:
- Fulfillment of contracts and service provision, including payment settlement, content delivery, product shipment, invoice dispatch, identity verification for financial transactions, and provision of financial services
- Member management: Verification of membership, identification, prevention of fraudulent or unauthorized use, confirmation of registration intent, age verification, legal guardian consent for members under 14, handling of complaints and customer inquiries, delivery of notices
- Marketing and advertising: Delivery of promotional information and event updates, analysis of usage frequency and statistics on service use

■ Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. However, the Company may retain information for a specified period as stated below:

a. Internal Policy
Even after membership withdrawal, the Company may retain information for a certain period to prevent the recurrence of misuse by delinquent members, resolve disputes, or cooperate with investigations, for a period of OO years from the date of contract termination.

b. Legal Retention
If required by applicable laws, such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Company may retain personal information for the periods specified below:
- Records related to contracts or withdrawal of subscriptions: 5 years
- Records related to payment and supply of goods: 5 years
- Records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
- Access logs: 3 months (as per the Protection of Communications Secrets Act)

■ Procedures and Methods of Personal Information Destruction
Once the purpose of personal information collection and use has been fulfilled, the Company will promptly destroy the relevant information according to the following procedures and methods:
- Destruction procedures: Information entered for membership registration or other purposes is transferred to a separate database (or stored in a separate file in the case of paper records) and is retained only for as long as necessary, after which it is destroyed.
- Destruction methods: Personal information stored in electronic form is deleted using technical means that prevent recovery.

■ Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company does not disclose personal information to third parties without the user’s prior consent, except in the following cases:
- Where the user has provided consent in advance
- Where required by law or requested by investigative agencies in accordance with legal procedures

The Company may entrust certain tasks to specialized external service providers for efficient service delivery as follows:

- If a user requests correction of errors in personal information, the Company will not use or provide such information until the correction is complete. If erroneous information has already been provided to a third party, the Company will notify the third party without delay and ensure that the necessary corrections are made.
- Personal information that has been canceled or deleted at the request of the user will be processed as specified in the retention and use period and will not be accessed or used for any other purpose.

■ Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Data Collection Devices (Cookies)
The Company uses “cookies,” small text files stored on users’ computers, to provide personalized services and to analyze service usage patterns. Users can control cookie storage via browser settings:
