To minimize the risks associated with labor rights violations, industrial accidents, and the working environments of our partners, we are committed to safeguarding the human rights of our employees and continuously enhancing employee welfare through annual labor-management consultations. We also conduct regular safety inspections to prevent workplace accidents and actively encourage our partners to improve their working conditions, thereby fostering the foundation for mutual growth and collaboration. In addition, we are dedicated to fulfilling our corporate social responsibility by promoting various social contribution initiatives.

Our Audit Committee consists entirely of independent outside directors, ensuring effective oversight of management.
